【摘要】:Personnelthatareresponsibleforthecreation,transfer,andstorageofultrasonictestresultswillusethisstandard.ThispracticedefinesasetofinformationmodulesthatalongwithPracticeE2339andtheDICOMstandardprovideastandardmeanstoorganizeultrasonictestparametersandresults.Theultrasonictestresultsmaybedisplayedandanalyzedonanydevicethatconformstothisstandard.PersonnelwishingtoviewanyultrasonicinspectiondatastoredinDICONDEformatmayusethisdocumenttohelpthemdecodeanddisplaythedatacontainedintheDICONDEcompliantinspectionrecord.1.1Thispracticefacilitatestheinteroperabilityofultrasonicimagingequipmentbyspecifyingimagedatatransferandarchivalstoragemethodsincommonlyacceptedterms.ThisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeE2339onDigitalImagingandCommunicationinNondestructiveEvaluation(DICONDE).PracticeE2339definesanindustrialadaptationoftheNEMAStandardsPublicationtitledDigitalImagingandCommunicationsinMedicine(DICOM,seehttp://medical.nema.org),aninternationalstandardforimagedataacquisition,review,transferandarchivalstorage.ThegoalofPracticeE2339,commonlyreferredtoasDICONDE,istoprovideastandardthatfacilitatesthedisplayandanalysisofNDEtestresultsonanysystemconformingtotheDICONDEstandard.Towardthatend,PracticeE2339providesadatadictionaryandsetofinformationmodulesthatareapplicabletoallNDEmodalities.ThispracticesupplementsPracticeE2339byprovidinginformationobjectdefinitions,informationmodulesanddatadictionarythatarespecifictoultrasonictestmethods.1.2Thispracticehasbeendevelopedtoovercometheissuesthatarisewhenanalyzingorarchivingdatafromultrasonictestequipmentusingproprietarydatatransferandstoragemethods.Asdigitaltechnologiesevolve,datamustremaindecipherablethroughtheuseofopen,industry-widemethodsfordatatransferandarchivalstorage.Thispracticedefinesamethodwherealltheultrasonictechniqueparametersandtestresultsarecommunicatedandstoredinastandardformatregardlessofchangesindigitaltechnology.1.3Thispracticedoesnotspecify:1.3.1Atestingorvalidationproceduretoassessanimplementation''sconformancetothestandard.1.3.2Theimplementationdetailsofanyfeaturesofthestandardonadeviceclaimingconformance.1.3.3TheoverallsetoffeaturesandfunctionstobeexpectedfromasystemimplementedbyintegratingagroupofdeviceseachclaimingDICONDEconformance.1.4Althoughthispracticecontainsnovaluesthatrequireunits,itdoesdescribemethodstostoreandcommunicatedatathatdorequireunitstobeproperlyinterpreted.TheSIunitsrequiredbythispracticearetoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
