【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesthelogicalcharacteristicsandsecurityfeaturesatthecard/systeminterfacefortheEuropeanCitizenCard.TheEuropeanCitizenCardisasmartcardwithIdentification,AuthenticationandelectronicSignature(IAS)services.Therefore:-thesupportedservicesarespecified;-thesupporteddatastructuresaswellastheaccesstothesestructuresarespecified;-thecommandsetisdefined.ThisTechnicalSpecificationhastheobjectiveofensuringtheinteroperabilityatcard/systeminterfaceintheusagephase.Inordertoreachtheinteroperabilityobjective,IASservicesarecomplianttoprEN14890part1andpart2.AstheCWAdocumentsofferoptions,thisspecificationfullydefinesacompleteprofile.ThisspecificationalsoprovidesotherfeaturesnotdefinedintheCWAdocuments(biometriconcardmatching,commandchaining,roleauthentication…).ThisTechnicalSpecificationisalsocompliantwithICAOspecification(authenticationmethods,basicaccesscontrol…).ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotmandatetheuseofaparticulartechnology,andisintendedtoallowbothnativeandJavacardtechnologies.Thisspecificationencompassesmandatoryandoptionalfeatures.Optionalfeaturesmakeupatoolboxofmodularoptionsfromwhichissuerscanpickupthenecessaryprotocolstofulfiltherequisitesoftheirusecases.MandatoryfeaturesarenecessarilytobeimplementedforasmartcardtobecomplianttothisTechnicalSpecification.TwoIAS-enabledsmartcardsissuedbytwodifferentissuers,andcompliantwiththisTechnicalSpecificationbutimplementingdifferentmodularoptionsoutofthisTechnicalSpecification,caninteroperatewithaterminalprovidedsuchaterminalsupportsbothoptions.Therefore,interoperabilityrequiresaspecificagreementbetweenissuers/governmentsinordertodeterminewhichcross-borderservicesaretobeshared,andconsequentlywhichprotocolsaretobesupportedbytheterminalsineachcountry.AlltheAPDUcommandsdescribedinthisTechnicalSpecificationareinaccordancewithISO/IEC7816part4orpart8.Theyarefullydescribedhereinordertoprovidethesettingsadoptedbythisspecificationandtopreventanyambiguityincaseofseveralpossibleinterpretationsofthestandards.Forphysical,electricalandtransportprotocolcharacteristics,refertoCEN/TS15480-1.
