【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesthemethodfordeterminingparticlesizedistributionofultra-finepowdersbythesmallangleX-rayscatteringtechnique.Itisapplicabletoparticlesizesrangingfrom1nmto300nm.Inthedataanalysis,itisassumedthatparticlesareisotropicandsphericallyshaped.ThemethoddescribedinthisTechnicalSpecificationisalsoapplicabletoparticlesuspensions.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotapplyto:a)powderscontainingparticleswhosemorphologyisfarfromspherical,exceptbyspecialagreement;b)powdersconsistingofporousparticles;c)mixturesofpowders.
