【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61788coversatestmethodforthedeterminationofthed.c.criticalcurrentofshortandstraightAg-orAgalloy-sheathedBi-2212andBi-2223oxidesuperconductorsthathaveamonolithicstructureandashapeofroundwireorflatorsquaretapecontainingmono-ormulticoresofoxides.Thismethodisintendedforusewithsuperconductorsthathavecriticalcurrentslessthan500Aandn-valueslargerthan5.Thetestiscarriedoutwithandwithoutapplyingexternalmagneticfields.Inthetestofthetapespecimeninmagneticfields,themagneticfieldsareparallelorperpendiculartothetapesurface.Thetestspecimenisimmersedeitherinaliquidheliumbathoraliquidnitrogenbathduringtesting.Deviationsfromthistestmethodthatareallowedforroutinetestsandotherspecificrestrictionsaregiveninthisstandard.Substantialpartsofthetestmethodcoveredinthisstandardareincommonwith,orsimilarto,thoseforNb3Sncompositesuperconductors(IEC61788-2).Specialfeaturesnewlyfoundforoxidesuperconductorsmaybeclassifiedintotwogroups.Thefirstgroupisspecifictooxidecompositesuperconductors,includingmechanicalfragilityoriginatingfromthepresenceofweaklinks,cryogengasbubbleformation,agingdegradation,magneticfluxflowandcreep,largeanisotropy,hysteresisincriticalcurrentwithmagneticfieldsweep,etc.Thesecondgroupisduetotheshortlengthofthespecimenusedinthestandard.Acriticalcurrentmeasurementonsuchaspecimenmayeasilypickupdifferentvoltagesignalsduetothermalelectromotiveforce,inductivevoltage,thermalnoise,currentredistribution,specimenmotionrelativetotheholder,etc.Currenttransfervoltagesmaybepresentduetotheshortdistancefromacurrentcontacttoavoltagetap.ShortspecimenlengthmayreducemechanicaltoleranceagainsttheLorentzforce,forexample,bypromotingtheformationofcryogengasbubbleswithinthecomposite.
