【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscoverelectrostaticdischargedevicesforpersonnel.Thesedevicesareintendedtobeattachedtoapersonandreduceelectrostaticchargebuilduponthewearer'sbodyandtherebyprotectstaticsensitivedevicesorequipmentwhilebeinghandledbythewearer.Theserequirementsdenetcoverthedevice'selectrostaticdischargeperformance.1.2Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisOutlineofInvestigation,andthatinvolvesariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstodeterminethatthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutlineofInvestigationismaintained.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprevisionsofthisOutlineofInvestigationshallnotbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutlineofInvestigation.Whereappropriate,revisionofrequirementsshallbeadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopmentandimplementationofthisOutlineofInvestigation.
