【摘要】:ThispartoftheISO13041describesamethodofcheckingthecontouringperformanceofturningcentres(ornumericallycontrolledturning)byconductingcirculartestsandbyevaluatingtheradialdeviationFandcirculardeviationG,inaccordancewithISO230-4.NOTEMeasurementsofcircularmovementscanbecarriedoutbydifferentmethodsasdescribedinClause6.6ofISO230-1:1996.Thesemethodsconsistofusingarotatingone-dimensionalprobeandatestmandrel,acircularmasterpieceandatwo-dimensionalprobe,oratelescopingballbar.Othertestmethodsmaybeappliediftheaccuracyoftheequipmentisthesameas(orbetterthan)theaccuracyofthemethodsdescribed.InfluencesoftypicalmachinedeviationsoncircularpathsareshowninAnnexBofISO230-4:1996.TheconceptofchecksbycirculartestsdescribedinthispartofISO13041istoverifythecircularmovement—onlyinonepositionpercoordinateplaneofthemachine,—atonlyonefeedrate,and—torepeatthetestonceintheoppositecontouringdirection.ThepurposeofthispartofISO13041isnottoprovideameansofanalysingthecausesforthemeasuredcirculardeviations,buttooffertheuseramethodforperiodiccheckingofthemachinetool.ItisrecommendedtocarryoutthetestsofthispartofISO13041afterthemachinetoolhaspassedtheacceptancetestsandtousetheseresultsasabasisforcomparisonduringperiodicchecks.Thereforeacceptabledeviationsfromtheinitialresultshavetobedecidedbytheuser.Ifthetestsareusedformachineacceptancepurposes,thesupplier/manufacturerandtheuserhavetoagreeonspecificdiameters,feedratesandtolerancesforthetests.NOTEISO13041-5,whichdealswiththeaccuracyoffeeds,speedsandinterpolations,alsoincludesastestK4acirculartest.Theretheaimistocheckthemutualbehaviouroftwolinearaxes(generallyXandY)attwodefinedfeedratesforonedefineddiameter.Thisismoreorlessadiagnostictestwithrespecttothecircularinterpolation,whereasthecirculartestsofthispartofISO13041giveinformationontheoverallcontouringperformanceofthemachine.
