【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesacomprehensivebasisforthecollectionofreliabilityandmaintenance(RM)datainastandardformatforequipmentinallfacilitiesandoperationswithinthepetroleum,naturalgasandpetrochemicalindustriesduringtheoperationallifecycleofequipment.Itdescribesdata-collectionprinciplesandassociatedtermsanddefinitionsthatconstitutea“reliabilitylanguage”thatcanbeusefulforcommunicatingoperationalexperience.ThefailuremodesdefinedinthenormativepartofthisInternationalStandardcanbeusedasa“reliabilitythesaurus”forvariousquantitativeaswellasqualitativeapplications.ThisInternationalStandardalsodescribesdataqualitycontrolandassurancepracticestoprovideguidancefortheuser.Standardizationofdata-collectionpracticesfacilitatestheexchangeofinformationbetweenparties,e.g.plants,owners,manufacturersandcontractors.ThisInternationalStandardestablishesrequirementsthatanyinhouseorcommerciallyavailableRMdatasystemisrequiredtomeetwhendesignedforRMdataexchange.Examples,guidelinesandprinciplesfortheexchangeandmergingofsuchRMdataareaddressed.AnnexAcontainsasummaryofequipmentthatthisInternationalStandardcovers.?ThisInternationalStandardrecommendsaminimumamountofdatathatisrequiredtobecollectedanditfocusesontwomainissues:--datarequirementsforthetypeofdatatobecollectedforuseinvariousanalysismethodologies;--standardizeddataformattofacilitatetheexchangeofreliabilityandmaintenancedatabetweenplants,owners,manufacturersandcontractors.?Thefollowingmaincategoriesofdataaretobecollected:--equipmentdata,e.g.equipmenttaxonomy,equipmentattributes;--failuredata,e.g.failurecause,failureconsequence;--maintenancedata,e.g.maintenanceaction,resourcesused,maintenanceconsequence,downtime.NOTEClause9givesfurtherdetailsondatacontentanddataformat.?Themainareaswheresuchdataareusedarethefollowing:--reliability,e.g.failureeventsandfailuremechanisms;--availability/efficiency,e.g.equipmentavailability,systemavailability,plantproductionavailability;--maintenance,e.g.correctiveandpreventivemaintenance,maintenancesupportability;--safetyandenvironment,e.g.equipmentfailureswithadverseconsequencesforsafetyand/orenvironment.?ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowing:--dataon(direct)costissues;--datafromlaboratorytestingandmanufacturing(e.g.acceleratedlifetimetesting);--completeequipmentdatasheets(onlydataseenrelevantforassessingthereliabilityperformanceareincluded);--additionalon-servicedatathatanoperator,onanindividualbasis,canconsiderusefulforoperationandmaintenance;--methodsforanalysingandapplyingRMdata(however,principlesforhowtocalculatesomebasicreliabilityandmaintenanceparametersareincludedintheannexes).
