适用范围
本标准代替GB/T 3364-1982《碳纤维直径和当量直径检验方法（显微镜法）》和GB/T 3363-1982《碳纤维复丝纤维根数检验方法（显微镜法）》。
本标准规定了测试碳纤维直径的原理、试样及制备方法、试验设备和材料、试验步骤、试验结果的计算和试验报告的内容；还规定了用显微镜法测量碳纤维复丝纤维根数的试验设备和材料、试样及制备、试验条件、试验步骤、试验结果及试验报告等。
本标准适用于圆形截面碳纤维的直径或异形截面碳纤维的当量直径的测量；还适用于测量碳纤维复丝纤维根数，芳纶复丝纤维根数的测量也可参照采用。
