【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgenericmethodsfordetectingandcorrectingbias(systematicerrors)ofanalyticalproceduresfortheanalysisofgases,usingreferencegasmixturesorreferenceanalyticalprocedures,aswellasforestimatingthecorrectionuncertainty.Themainsourcesof(andparametersaffecting)biasofanalyticalproceduresareinstrumentaldrift(time)andmatrixinterferences(matrixcomposition).Moreover,biasnormallyvarieswithanalyteconcentration.ThisInternationalStandardthereforeestablishesprotocolsfor?detectingandcorrectingdriftforananalyticalsystemoflimitedstability,?investigatingandhandlingbiasofastableanalyticalsystemforaspecifiedrangeofsamplecomposition,whichareintendedtobeusedinmethoddevelopmentandmethodvalidationstudies,eitherseparatelyorsequentially.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresfortwooptions,applicabletosystematiceffects,asfollows:a)tracingtheobservedpatternofdeviationsandcorrectingfortheireffect,b)averagingovertheireffectsandincreasingtheuncertainty,wherenormallythefirstoptionentailsloweruncertaintyattheexpenseofhighereffort.Fortheconvenienceoftheuser,themethodsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardaredescribedforproceduresofcompositionanalysis,i.e.proceduresformeasuringtheconcentrationofaspecifiedanalyteinagasmixture.However,theyareequallyapplicabletomeasurementsofphysico-chemicalpropertiesofagasorgasmixturerelevanttogasanalysis,andtranslationintothissubjectfieldisstraightforward.
